Reflection about the Criminal Legislation System of Anti-money Laundering in China——As a Reference to the FATF “40 Recommendations”

Abstract：The crime of money-laundering is a high incidence of crime in the financial field，and it has transnational characteristic.The international community continues to pay great attention to anti-money laundering，the standards of anti-money laundering formulated by FATF has been recognized as the internationalstandard.The criminal legislation system of anti-money laundering tends to be improved in China though it developed from nothing and experienced from simple to complex，along with a series of important international conventions effected in China.As a full member of the FATF，the FATF “40 recommendations” has important guidance and reference on the construction of the criminal legislation system of anti-money laundering.so the corresponding criminal law provisions in China should be perfect.
